Overview

The Conveyor Tracking (CT) function module of the GRC series Robot controller can seamlessly collaborate with external third-party Vision Systems to achieve precise conveyor tracking applications. Through TCP/IP communication, the GRC controller can easily integrate with the customer's own vision identification system. By the collaborative action of the conveyor belt and Encoder system, the GRC controller can monitor the movement speed of the conveyor belt in real-time. By combining robot motion control technology, computer vision, and Encoder sensor systems, it achieves precise positioning of items on the conveyor belt and dynamic automated processing.
