Overview

The Nexcobot integrates robot controller, teach pendant, safety controller, and safety light curtains with motors for demonstration scenarios. The teach pendant displays the interface of the robot controller, allowing users to conveniently operate the robot software. All of these devices are connected via EtherCAT communication. The robot controller sends motion commands to the motors for movement, while the safety controller continuously monitors whether the safety light curtains are obstructed. If obstruction is detected, the motors immediately stop moving until the safety light curtains are no longer obstructed.
