在产品折弯车间,传统折弯操作靠操作人员每人操作一台折弯机,周而反复的操作,人工效率随时长会有明显衰退,甚至可能出现安全问题,重复的操作,将工序进行分解分析,针对性地设计出相关自动化设备,取代现有人工操作。在此背景下,实现自动化操作就尤为重要。自动折弯机用两个伺服夹爪代替人工上下料,自动将金属零件压成其他形状,使整个生产过程更安全、更高效。
